Service and Leadership Fair

ODK attended the Service and Leadership Fair at Powell Campus Center today. Students were informed about ODK's mission and ideals. ODK is looking to induct new members every semester. Freshman and Sophmores are encouraged to aim towards future inductions also.

Programming

In order to become a larger presence at Alfred University, ODK needs to step up and make an impact in the campus community. There are several ways we can go about this. Some examples are:

T-Shirts
Events
Hot Dog Day
Workshops
Bake Sales
Booths at Events/PCC
Recruitment
Word of mouth
Community service
Student Senate (as a non-club representative)

If anyone would like to help the executive board come up with innovative ways to promote ODK on campus starting in the fall semester, please contact Rose at rf3@alfred.edu. You may also reply comments and ideas here. Take time this summer to brainstorm and bring ideas back to our first meeting sometime early September. We will also be working on recruitment for fall 2011 inductees.
